Mint Swim Owner and model Draya Michele found herself in a bit of a pickle after sharing a picture on her Instagram stories with the simple caption “everyone’s in europe and i’m just here ceo-ing”.
This was the photo:
The businesswoman shared the above screenshot that looks like an overhead shot of what people are now calling a ‘sweat shop’. It appeared to have people working with mounds of fabric scattered everywhere.
Draya has a huge following online, so of course, someone took a screenshot of the picture before it disappeared and posted it on Twitter, saying it didn’t look right.
What was supposed to be a flex backfired as people started to retweet the picture with their own commentary on just what Draya has going on in her factory.
I knew it when I saw it on her stories it didn’t look right RT @seize_socrates: I wanna know how much she’s paying them. She should’ve kept this weird insensitive post to herself https://t.co/5rXzXRr4jG pic.twitter.com/0LIT8iwq9t

One Twitter user said she should have kept this weird insensitive post to herself. Others speculated on how much she was paying them.
I wanna know how much she’s paying them. She should’ve kept this weird insensitive post to herself,” one user tweeted.
“I swear to Joseph & Mary, Draya likes to be dragged. She loved displaying her misguided parenting skills; her lack of critical thinking; and the fact she can’t read subtitles and watch a movie at the same time. Ma’am, just be pretty. Please. This is sweat shop, baby,” another user tweeted.
Check out the Twitter reactions below:
Not Draya giving visual evidence of a potential sweat shop operation then in words saying she partially responsible and affiliated. pic.twitter.com/HokF4kcEkS

So far Draya has not addressed the backlash, in our opinion its best to just … not!
