I think we are all used to seeing Russell Wilson step up as step dad to Future and Ciara’s young son Future Zahir.
Russell took Future to the NBA Allstar game and during their reporting, the NBA referred to the young man as Russell’s son.
Young Scooter an associate of Future, the rapper and little Future’s biological father took issue with the NBA labeling Russell as “dad”.
The NBAESPN Instagram account posted a video of Russell Wilson and Zahir at the All-Star weekend festivities.
Their account captioned the clip, “Russell Wilson and his son rockin’ Kobe All-Star jerseys.”
That prompted Young Scooter to respond with, “That’s not his son.” However, this immediately backfired on the veteran Atlanta rapper.
Social media dragged him from one side of the internet to the other.
“The homeboys of the deadbeats be more offended than the deadbeat himself ?”
“Umm calling him out but not your deadbeat friend is nasty work.”
Other commenters who are on Russell’s side go after the people saying Scooter was right.
“I’m sorry would yall like Russell to exclude this child from his other children? Imagine him constantly pointing out he was his step son while calling his kids with Ciara his kids. Wouldn’t that make the child feel ostracized? I want critical thinking skills BACK IN SCHOOL !!!!”
There are no pics of Future and his son at a ball game, at a park, at a store, at a school event, on vacation… anything in the last 2 years. Stop and think logically. It’s a legal reason for sure! Future is not looking for his son so stop being outraged for him. Russell Wilson pic.twitter.com/T6IN0esTKa

And
Future has to watch Russell give him a master class on how to be a father. And instead of him co-parenting like an adult, he gets upset because his son has been blessed with the likes of Russell Wilson.
Grow up. Man up. Or shut up.
