3 Juice Recipes For Faster Hair Growth

You may have heard about juice cleanses and the many health benefits that come with them. Apart from just replenishing your body with vitamins, juicing may also help you gain optimal health. Imagine being at your best physical condition ever, what more can you ask for?

But wait, the list of benefits doesn’t just stop there. Did you know that juicing can also help promote faster hair growth? Because juicing allows us to efficiently consume more fruits and vegetables per day, the amount of nutrients is enough to supply your hair’s health as well.

3 Simple And Delicious Juice Recipes For Faster Hair Growth

Many people love juicing because it does not take a lot of time and effort to prepare. Just by investing in a quality juicer and a trip to the grocery, you are now ready to start a new and healthy lifestyle. Not to mention the wide variety of recipes available for you to choose from.

Juice cleanses are particularly great for people who struggle with hair growth. Although there are plenty of products out there that may help, there is nothing that can outlast a natural and healthy method. After all, healthy hair can only grow within a healthy body.

To help you get started with juicing, here are some of the tastiest juice recipes for hair growth:

1. Celery Carrot Apple Juice

Biotin does not just prevent the whitening of hair, it is also said to be great promoters of hair growth as well. In fact, you may have noticed a great number of hair products containing biotin out on the market. Unfortunately, the amount of biotin in such products may not suffice.

Instead of reaching out for a shampoo bottle, why not incorporate biotin rich foods into your diet? Carrots and cucumbers don’t just taste great in a juice, but they are also some of the greatest natural sources of biotin. Try this recipe out for a much needed biotin boost:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 chilled cucumbers
  • 3 medium sized carrots
  • 1 medium sized apple
  • 2 fresh celery sticks

How To Prepare: First, clean vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Chop them into easy pieces according to the capacity of your juicer. If you find that the juice is too dense, you may add in some water; just a little at a time to avoid the juice from becoming too watery.

2. Aloe Cranberry Juice

Aloe vera is quite the popular choice in the health industry. It is said to cure a ton of ailments such as digestive related issues, blood sugar level maintenance, and it can even cure open wounds! Aloe vera is also known to be healthy for your skin as well.

Did you know that a dry scalp may be the reason why your hair is not growing as fast as it should? One of the ways you can solve this is to use aloe vera as it helps moisturize your scalp, making it a healthy environment for hair.

If one’s scalp and hair follicles are healthy, this will naturally induce faster hair growth. Try this aloe vera juice with a twist of biotin-rich cranberries.

Ingredients:

  • Aloe Barbadensis Miller plant or any readily packaged aloe vera juice
  • A handful of cranberries

How To Prepare: If you’re starting out with raw aloe straight from the Aloe Barbadensis Miller plant, follow these simple steps for preparation. Simply add the aloe vera juice and washed cranberries into the juicer and it’s ready to drink!

3. Onion Cucumber Juice

Onions may sound too savory for a juice but it has made it to this list with very good reason. Believe it or not, onions are great for restoring and strengthening damaged hair. While promoting hair growth is great, it is even better if hair grows back strong and beautiful.

This onion juice recipe is paired with biotin filled cucumbers and carrots that will balance the strong taste and smell of onions. Add in some lemon for some zest and flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 1 regular sized onion
  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 4 medium sized carrots
  • 1/4 lemon with peel

How To Prepare: Just like in the previous steps, make sure that the fruits and vegetables are thoroughly clean. Slice them into easily juiceable pieces so as not to jam your juicer. Add in some water if you find that the juice has become too thick.

Some Simple Reminders

There are plenty of juice recipes to choose from out there, and it can get very overwhelming. The key is to choose recipes with balanced ingredients. It is important to get an equal amount of fruits and vegetables into one drink.

Having a drink with just fruits may end up becoming too sweet, causing your sugar levels to soar higher than it should. And although juicing is also a great way to diet, it is recommended to keep your body satisfied – not starving.
