Amanda Seales took to her Instagram on Saturday to respond to the promotion of the finale video of “The Real”, which didn’t include her.
According to Yahoo, she said “So apparently The Real, in their finale episode, did promo,” she said in an Instagram video. “I am not featured in this thumbnail and I am not featured in the farewell episode, apparently. I’ll have some things to say about that.”
She also reacted to the news on Twitter, when a fan inquired as to why Seales wasn’t featured in the promo. “They can absolutely go duck themselves with a chainsaw for doing so,” Seales wrote.
Sure didn't. But they can absolutely go duck themselves with a chainsaw for doing so https://t.co/r07hRufeA4

The Insecure star joined The Real in 2020 for its sixth season, alongside a panel that starred Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love, Jeannie Mai, and Tamera Mowry-Housley. However, Seales left five months later and revealed why: “It doesn’t feel good to my soul to be at a place where I can not speak to my people the way they need to be spoken to and where the people that are speaking to me in despairing ways are not being handled.”
The Real came to an end earlier this year after eight seasons, with Loni Love reportedly citing COVID-19 expenses—and to cap off the show, the producers announced a farewell episode.

Amanda also appeared on the Breakfast Club and dived a little deeper into how she felt.
Some people in the comments aren’t here for her though:
If you hated the show so much why keep talking about them leaving you out? Seems like you want to keep yourself in that negative space. Kinda weird but I guess
and
They did what was best. Everyone wants good energy all around.
and
you was there for 6 months and want credit man bye
and
You don’t care, but here you are whining. Your co-host didn’t like you. It was like walking on eggshells and you could see that in the episodes.
Others agree:
But y’all out here giving irrelevant responses! It does not matter if she was only on the show for a short period, or that she hated the show.. it’s the principle, & it’s messed up, period. Regardless, she was a part of the show & should be recognized just like everyone else.. the network claimed that Tamar was also an issue, yet her picture was still there .. come on now, Amanda challenged them, their attitudes & ideologies too much & somebody got their feelings hurt..
