Beyonce’s second stop for her RENAISSANCE World Tour was Brussels and Julius definitely had him a moment chile.
Patrons started yelling his name as Beyonce walked out on to the stage in a gorgeous white gown.

Who is Julius De Boer
We aren’t surprised that Julius has a fan base, he has been by her side for over a decade and is quite the mystery.
