After all the hoopla over Ciara’s new song ‘For Da Girls’ the Grammy award winner seemingly responded with a little reminder that she is that girl!
Earlier we shared that Cici was getting dragged for her new song ‘for da girls’ which celebrates the independent woman “who don’t need no man” and won’t tolerate any disrespect.
Some people on Twitter think she should ‘pipe down with all that’ because she has a loving husband at home.
Others disagree calling the song an ode to ‘self-love’.
In her caption on Instagram, she wrote in response to all of the noise:
This for all Da Girls that’s in love with they self…This for all Da Girls that done did it by they self-My Forever Letter To Myself -❤️
Then she posted this montage of her all her accomplishments personal and professional.
The moral of the story is, you can have it all, single, married or in between.
