Dave Chappelle finally gave his take on the viral Katt Williams interview on the Club Shay Shay podcast.
According to Complex, the comedian was a surprise guest on Deon Cole’s comedy tour and spoke about Williams for most of his segment.

Chappelle disagreed with Deray Davis and Marlon Wayans’ viewpoint that Williams’ disses were “good for comedy.”
“No, shut up, n***a… You know why I disagree? Because I put a special out the same day. It was fine. And this n***a came out [and said], ‘I read 6,000 books … what the fuck is you talking about?”
Chappelle released his latest Netflix special on December 31.
However, it was overshadowed by Williams remarks on Kevin Hart, Steve Harvey, Cedric the Entertainer, and more.
The nearly three-hour episode has garnered over 52 million views since its premiere.
Williams accused Cedric of stealing his material, labeled Hart an “industry plant,” and revealed that Steve Harvey “hated on” Mark Curry and Bernie Mac.
