A sign posted at a black-owned dental office is going viral on Twitter as people debate whether the policy is rooted in ‘anti blackness’.
This is the sign:

One user made the point that her dentist office is located in the ‘hood’ and that she should relocate to an area with the demographic she prefers.
her establishment is literally in the HOOD in a traphouse turned dentist office. maybe she should relocate to the demographic she prefers instead. idc what you tap dancing niggeronis who are agreeing with her are saying actually pic.twitter.com/pyqEfMoOqw

Another made the point that it seemed as if the dentist was more concerned about what people wear instead of their overall health.
I just want to know how house shoes, a bonnet, & pajama bottoms keep this dentist from doing her job. There is no logical reason for a healthcare provider to have a dress code for their patients. Why is this dentist more worried about their outfits than their oral health?

But not everyone agrees.
Some people think that it is important to look presentable when you go to a professional setting and she should be able to run her business the way she wants.
Let her run her business how she wants, some of you should learn how to leave your house looking presentable. Now you all are clowning on a black females livelihood but claim to want more entrepreneurs and example dy figures in the community. All of you make me sick.

A dentist in the thread made a great point that sometimes when you are in pain you may just end up rolling out of bed and getting in the chair.
Since the threads have gone viral, the google reviews for the dentist office has tanked, but to be fair, their are a few negative reviews from a few years ago as well.
