Halle Berry is in her “big hair don’t care era,” and we’re here for it!
The award-winning actress shared an Instagram selfie Sunday, proudly rocking her natural hair.
“Sunday serve…my man loves this. Forward all complaints to him @vanhunt,” she captioned the image and tagged her Grammy-winning boyfriend of almost three years, Van Hunt.
The Catwoman bombshell tilted her head in the photo, with her voluminous brown curls sitting up in the most fabulous afro while she wore a casual red plaid button-down pajama top with no makeup on to better show off her new ‘do.

Halle is celebrating her 57th birthday Monday (August 14), and shortly after posting the now-viral selfie, she also shared a snippet of an interview with Women’s Health, where she talked about her changing attitude on aging, looks, and menopause.
“The most important thing about owning your sexuality as a woman is accepting the station you’re at and embracing that,” she told the outlet.
She continued:
“I say that because I’m down the path of life, and I’m smack dab in the middle of menopause, and I am challenging everything I thought I knew about menopause, like, ‘Your life is over. You are disposable. Society no longer has a place for you. You should retire. You should pack it up.'”
Halle Berry also said she’s in the best phase of her life, solidly in her womanhood, and has zero f**ks to give.
“I’m my best self now that I have reached 56 years old. I have the most to offer. I have zero ‘blanks’ to give anymore, right? I’m solidly in my womanhood. I’m solidly in who I am and what I have to offer. And what I have to say, I finally realize it’s valuable even if no one else agrees. It’s my point of view, and I have the right to have it.”
