Jay-Z’s mom Gloria Carter has tied the knot, with her long time partner Roxanne Wilshire and the Knowles Carter clan was front and center to celebrate the occasion.
According to TMZ Tyler Perry and Kelly Rowland were just a couple of the big names that came through for the big day in NY Sunday night … also packing the house were the likes of Robin Roberts, Corey Gamble, and Beyoncé’s mom, Tina Knowles.
