Jennifer Lopez released a documentary, The Greatest Love Story Never Told, in which she reminisces about her early life in the Bronx.
According to Vibe, one of the clips went viral, and fans are trolling the actress/singer.
In the video, the 54-year-old sits on a workout bench and speaks to the camera, tousling her hair.
“I like taking my hair out like this. It reminds me like, when I was 16 in The Bronx running up and down the block. Crazy little girl who used to… be wild and no limits, all dreams.”

The clip earned over 87,000 likes, but the comments section was savage, with many fans criticizing J-Lo for exaggerating her Bronx upbringing for clout.
“Girl you haven’t been in the Bronx since 1993 please stop.”
“I thought this was an SNL skit.”
“She should build a community center in the Bronx, invest in cleaning it up and putting in a nice park…she could even put a statue of herself in it for her ego, and start mentoring kids growing up in The Bronx.”
The Greatest Love Story Never Told follows Jennifer Lopez’s creative process.
“I wanted to make a record in a way I hadn’t done for a long time. When it was done, I realized it wasn’t the whole story, so I got with (director) Dave Meyers and said, ‘I don’t want to do the normal video with this, this is something very special.’”
The pop star also announced a tour with different venues, including the Bronx.
