Twitter was in shambles over the weekend after news came out that Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are dating.
A TMZ Exclusive published Saturday morning (May 13) said the two had gotten close over the course of the last several weekends and that the relationship was “fairly new.”
The outlet also cited a witness who purportedly spotted Jonathan and Meagan at the Alamo Drafthouse in downtown L/A checking out a movie.
After the story broke out, People confirmed that the two stars were seeing each other.
Now, sources with direct knowledge tell People that “Meagan and Jonathan have maintained a friendship for some time,” adding that following the abuse allegations against Jonathan, “Meagan has shown considerable support towards him.”
“It seems their relationship has developed further from that point,” the source says.
Reps for Meagan and Jonathan have not responded to requests for comments.
