According to RadarOnline Keke Palmer’s ex Darius Jackson has finally responded to the actress’ custody case — weeks after being hit with a restraining order over alleged abuse.
According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Darius objected to Keke’s request for sole custody of their 10-month-old son Leo.
In his recent response, Darius said KeKe should not have primary custody. He suggested they both be awarded joint physical and legal custody of Leo.
In addition, he asked that Keke be ordered to pay all legal fees associated with the case.
Regarding child support, he asked that “the court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.”
Further, Darius said he understood the terms of the temporary restraining order.
Meanwhile on Instagram, Darius is sharing that he has turned over a new leaf, claiming to have repented and been baptized.
There’s A LOT I can say but not allowed to say. And at this point, don’t even want to say. I will say, however, that God is & will always be your greatest ally.
I have put my trust, patience, timing & entire life onto him so that I can continue to get through the days.
Lord Jesus has been with me throughout & has strengthen me to the point where I am continuing to push forward & not looking back.
He’s surrounded me with friends & family that has always been there as well as sending me love from many individuals who have reached out. And for that, I thank you.
Extremely blessed to have repent & be baptized in the name of our Lord Jesus. But the work doesn’t stop, there’s so much I have to do in order to be fulfilled. Saving myself was the 1st step.

Keke Palmer and Darius Jackson’s Dec. 5 court hearing over a temporary restraining order against him was rescheduled so they could attend mediation.
A few days ago Keke seemingly addressed what was happening to her in a post on social media.
According to PEOPLE On Sunday, Palmer, 30, shared a video to her Instagram showing her holding her 9-month-old son Leodis “Leo” Andrellton as a camera pans around them.
The video was set to the song “Seeing Green” by Nicki Minaj, Drake and Lil Wayne, while Palmer shared a caption written in the post’s video seemingly addressing how she feels outside observers may view her recent legal filings against Jackson, 29.
“When reality tv makes everyone believe all celebrities lives are just one big marketing strategy and scheme but my life is truly unraveling at the seams and I just wear trauma like a [Dolce & Gabbana] coat because Sharon didn’t raise no b****,” Palmer wrote on the video itself.
In a caption to the post, she added, “Alexa, Play Mary J: MY LIFE ????,” seemingly in reference to Mary J Blige’s 1994 song “My Life.”
Palmer’s post appeared to speak to the temporary domestic violence restraining order against Jackson she was granted in November.
The actor was also granted temporary sole custody of her son in November after she detailed multiple allegations of physical abuse in a Los Angeles County court filing, per court documents.
