KeKe Palmer’s ex-boyfriend Darius Jackson has now been ordered to immediately turn over all weapons in his possession.
According to RadarOnline Jackson must stay 100 yards away from Palmer and their 8-month-old son. In addition, the actress was granted sole custody until further notice.
A hearing has been scheduled for December 5 where Palmer can argue to make the order permanent.
In her petition for the restraining order, Palmer told the court Jackson owned a handgun.
She said he had previously threatened to “kill himself with a gun if I left him.”
As part of the order, the judge said Jackson had 24 hours, after being served with the order, to turn over his weapon to local law enforcement.
The weapon will be stored while the case plays out in court.
KeKe Palmer also accused her ex Darius Jackson of calling her a “w—-” and “c—” in front of their 8-month-old son — and made remarks that caused her to fear for their child’s safety.
“If we were at a party or event, and I spoke with one person too long or looked at someone a “certain way”, he would storm off in a rage – telling me I was “s—” and a “w—-”, accuse me of cheating on him, and that I did not love him. Darius had a way of gaslighting me to make me feel like I was doing something wrong even though I wasn’t.”
Palmer said Jackson destroyed things that were important to her “to punish me.”
Praying for Keke and little Leo.
