As Kourtney stood amidst the crowd, she hoisted up a sign that read ‘Travis, I’m Pregnant,’ and the crowd went absolutely bonkers!

This joyous occasion marks Kourtney and Travis’ first child together.
However, it’s not Kourtney’s first rodeo in the parenting arena.
She already has three children from her previous relationship with Scott Disick—Reign, Mason, and Penelope.
Travis, meanwhile, co-parents two wonderful kids—Alabama and Landon—with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
And he’s also a stepdad to Atiana De La Hoya.
