Lanisha Nicole is getting candid about “leaving toxic relationships” shortly after she seemingly shaded Nick Cannon for “fake photo ops” with his other children and their moms.
On Instagram Stories she said:
“There’s no need to mention me or send anything to my dms. It has nothing to do with me… and no need to be messy. It’s all love over this way ?? Happy holidays to you and your family! ❤️❤️❤️❤️,”
According to Page Six, after posing in front of a sign reading, “It’s OK to change your mind,” the 40-year-old photographer took to Instagram to write a lengthy story about “choosing to do better in the future.”
“I’ll talk about my journey one day, too, but until then, I want to hear more from you guys,” Lanisha wrote. “Men and women. Tell me your stories of overcoming obstacles and leaving toxic relationships.”
After the initial post, Lanisha reshared some of her followers’ stories – and then took to her page to address some of the trolls who slid into her DMs.
“I get it. My life plays out publicly, but there’s a lot you don’t see. There’s always so much more I want to say, but this isn’t the time. I wouldn’t change a single thing about my journey because I’m in a beautiful place now, and everything has to happen the way it did for me to get here,” Lanisha explained.
“Yes, I’ve made mistakes,” she continued. “Yes, I’ve put myself through unnecessary pain and heartbreak (which we’ve all done in the name of love. You have too!),” she fired back in the lengthy IG story.
“But I’m choosing to do better. Calling me baby mama #538 every time I say the sky is blue is uncalled for, and it’s getting old.”
The Price is Right alum’s comments came three months after Lanisha gave birth to her and Nick’s first kid together, daughter Onyx – and two days after she seemingly shaded The Masked Singer host for posting pics with his other kids.
“[Onyx] is incredibly blessed and is surrounded by so much love – and it’s not fake IG photo op love,” Lanisha wrote in her Story on Sunday.
The actress then praised the “real day in and day out love” the little one gets.
Lanisha Nicole’s followers have speculated that she’s been seeing Brian Paul Kuba. And while the pair has yet to confirm the speculations, Lanisha called the artist her “biggest support system” throughout her pregnancy in recent IG comments.
“He’s here even more now ???,” the model gushed. “He’s a blessing.” Lanisha hasn’t posted pictures of Nick Cannon via Instagram since their child’s church dedication in October.
