The man who served Yung Miami revealed he has been getting violent threats after the incident went viral.
According to RadarOnline.com, Diddy’s girlfriend got a $10 million lawsuit at a Houston pool party on Saturday.
The server shared his video at the party walking to Yung Miami, who was standing with her friends when he called out her name.
He informed the rapper that she’d just been served by Charlie Cee.
Cee sued Miami for $10 million for apparently infringing on the trademark to “Act Bad.”
He accused the rapper of using the trademark on her merchandise without his approval.
He demanded an injunction preventing her from selling merch printed with “Act Bad.”

The lawsuit stated that Miami knowingly distributed the merchandise illegally.
“The defendant had knowingly in bad faith marketed, distributed, offered to sell or sold the United States materially different products. Her and her alleged boyfriend Sean Combs has a song called “Act Bad” and in a magazine stated them as “Mr. and Mrs. Act Bad,” causing a whole bunch of confusion with Plaintiff trademark.”
Yung Miami will need to respond in court.
Hours after the video of the rapper being served went viral, the process server shared a video showing the DMs he received from her fans.
“B—, how about you drop you location?”
“Drop your location so we can put you with your dead cousin.”
The rapper later tweeted:
“Tryna serve me some paper over MERCH that I’m not selling is LAME!!! Like everybody wanna go viral so bad let’s go viral I’m tired!!!!!!!”
