Contrary to what it seems …..reports are now saying that Justin Timberlake and Megan Thee Stallion exchanged some positive words back stage at the VMA’s.
The exchange happened backstage at Tuesday’s MTV Video Music Awards after cameras captured what appeared to be the rapper angrily yelling at the singer.

ET however had the details about what really happened.
Sources tell ET that the meeting was actually a sweet moment between the two.
Justin told Megan, “It’s so nice to meet you,” while Megan replied, “No no this don’t count, this don’t count, we gotta meet proper.”
Another source close to the situation tells ET: “Meg loves Justin. She was saying ‘No, no, no, we’ve never met before.’ It was their first time meeting and she was excited.”
With that said, people are still very skeptical.
I don't know. Chile, I wasn't there, but this feels like a PR spin. Meg’s body language and Justin staying in the corner away from her doesn't read like this was a pleasant moment with hopes of a future meeting. Her smile even goes away after the exchange.

Justin appeared at the VMAs on Tuesday while reuniting with his *NSYNC bandmates JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Chris Kirkpatrick and Joey Fatone to present the Best Pop Video.
