Megan Thee Stallion is a new woman after a crazy few years.
She appeared on the cover of Women’s Health April 2024 issue and looks more breathtaking than ever.
The 29-year-old revealed that getting up daily to work out is a struggle, but she has to do it.
“Getting out of bed to work out in the morning is a struggle. I have to get mentally prepared. I’m like, ‘I can stay here for another hour, or I can get up and go work out and be a bad bi**h. If I want to be a stallion and not a pony, I got to get up and put in the work.'”
Megan Thee Stallion Changed Her Habits And Transformed Herself

Before, Megan Thee Stallion was a doom-scroller, obsessing over things she couldn’t change.
“Working on myself made me get into working out because I needed to focus my energy somewhere else. I used working out to escape and to get happy.”
Now, the rapper follows a healthy diet and works out “four or five days a week.”
On the days she works out, Megan hits the StairMaster or elliptical for 40 minutes, goes to the beach, runs up sand hills, and does pilates.
She pumps up her thighs and glutes by doing leg extensions, “stallion kicks,” goblet squats, and hip thrusts.
Besides working out, the Grammy-winning rapper also changed to a healthier diet.

Her diet now includes:
- A gallon of water daily
- Protein shakes with bananas, strawberries, and almond milk
- Natural green juice
She has eliminated sugary drinks like juice, cognac, and soda.
The rapper also gave up unhealthy snacks and meals, swapping them for nutritious options like pan-seared salmon, cod, sea bass, cucumber slices, and cherry tomatoes.
Her current guilty pleasures include dark chocolate and pepper jack cheese.
“I am still a Southern girl, so I like to eat what I want. I just don’t go overboard.”
Megan Thee Stallion’s hard work will pay off when she sets out on her Hot Girl Summer Tour alongside GloRilla.
They will tour 31 American cities before going abroad.
