We are sending well wished to Brentt as it is being reported by TMZ that he suffered a heart attack and a stroke according to an insider.
Sources with direct knowledge to the Leakes family told TMZ that Brentt was in Atlanta earlier this month when he suffered both a heart attack and a stroke.
Luckily, he was quickly transported to a local hospital for medical attention.
Sources say while Brentt was hospitalized for several days, he’s now out and rehabbing … and everyone is hopeful he will make a full recovery.
It was last year when NeNe’s husband, Gregg, who is also Brentt’s father died after a long battle with cancer. Brentt was featured on ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ throughout NeNe’s time on the show with his brother Bryson.

NeNe has not yet publicly commented on her son’s situation.
Update:
Nene has publicly responded today about her son’s condition, confirming that he does not drink or do drugs and the doctors has ruled out his weight as a possible cause for the heart attack and stroke.
The doctors are still running tests to determine the cause.
