The “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” star went live during her consultation as she was explaining to the person performing the procedure that she does not want her lips to “look big”.
In Sierra’s opinion, the fillers are cute but the comments did not pass that vibe check at all.

Sierra recently went viral for what she called a ‘Monster Numb’ tattoo that she got from her stomach all the way down her leg in one day.
according to 11 Alive news she said:
“I’m OK… It happens to the best of us,” ….”I was being hard-headed. I wanted this big tattoo at one time, and I should’ve waited.”
She added the doctors told her she needed emergency care because of the numbing effect of the type of tattoo she got.
“It’s like showing how good ‘Monster Numb’ is and how good it works,” Gates said.
After posting an initial video about her tattoo experience, Gates took to social media again to defend her tattoo artist, Ace.
“I have said time after time that my tattoo artist is super good. Ace had done my back, he’s done my shoulders,” she said in her Instagram story. “He literally told me not to go so big on my tattoo.”
After the experience, she warned people not to go big on their tattoos.
