Singer and songwriter Summer Walker is currently on tour and during her last show, she addressed why she doesn’t perform certain songs from her new album.
In a video, Summer said in part – I want you to know, this sh*t is real, I write a lot of my stuff, and it’s still a fresh wound and my baby is not even one yet.
She goes on to say that she doesn’t want to be on stage crying through the songs and eventually she will be able to perform them.

Social media weighed in on her decision and opinions are split.
Some think, she should perform all her songs despite how she feels emotionally.
Others are sympathetic sharing that her show over all is amazing.

She still performed a full show, she just replaces some of the songs with her older songs because they were easier to sing. I’m sure the performance would’ve been the same length rather she sung the new songs or not. She did good, stop hating lol
