Breaking down the numbers, the NFL revealed that the five-year extension includes a whopping $110 million fully guaranteed on signing, with an additional $126.5 million set to be earned by March 2024.
On top of that, Hurts can earn $15 million in incentives, which could bring his total earnings to a staggering $274.3 million by 2028.
As part of the deal, the Eagles’ talented quarterback will receive an immediate boost this year, including a hefty $23.29 million signing bonus, bringing his earnings to a cool $64 million through the beginning of 2024.
This massive deal ensures that Hurts will be donning the Eagles’ colors for the next six years, and it also includes the franchise’s first-ever no-trade clause.
It’s worth noting that Lynn’s negotiation skills have landed her the honor of securing the largest contract ever inked by a female agent.
