Tasha K shared her side of the story on Tuesday night exclusively on her channel live on YouTube. It was a written statement done carefully and read slowly.
Tasha K started the video by saying if she had to do it all over again, she would not change a thing.
She referred to “a machine” throughout the entire statement sharing that ‘it’ meaning ‘the machine’ glorifies acts that are detrimental to our society.
She said this case was meant to drain her financially, and it did not, she claims her first amendment right was deliberately hindered from the moment the case was filed.
She said ‘the machine’ influences our children to kill, and sell their bodies and is painting her as a bully.
In her opinion, this case was not about 4 million dollars but more about making her respect a ‘machine’ that wanted to protect their corporate interest.
Tasha K also said this isn’t over, and that she will be appealing the case and will expose all conspiracies against her and her family.
She also shared that she has removed the videos to show good faith to the courts.

Crazy how she made it to a million… only to lose millions smh karma is crazy, but she deserves everything she gets. I watched her from pretty much day one, and loved her until I saw how nasty she could get, and the lengths she would go to in order to “break a story”. What happens in the dark will come to the light, and this won’t humble her because she isn’t a humble person. She could have been a great entertainer but she decided to take the easy, greedy, dirty way up to the top, and now she’s going to find herself struggling on the way back down.

This is…insane. Tasha, the long and short of this is that you told a lie about someone. You CANNOT do that. That’s the end. Your first amendment right does not protect you from lawsuits.

The problem isn’t that you stated your opinion, it’s that you stated information that you knew were not facts and presented it as such. This could have been prevented if you stated that you were stating your opinion in the videos.

I get what you’re saying Tasha but it would’ve been smart to just apologize for the std claims and fabricated stories. Don’t say anything to make things worse on you.
