Why are we like this? We are a vibe and always on a whole other level with everything including when we randomly change the names of restaurants and stores we like.
Ever wonder why we call Kroger, Krogers?
On Twitter, there is a slew of tweets highlighting the most out-of-pocket ways we change the names of our favorite places.
This might not be just a black thing, but we cant not claim it! The thread was started by Twitter user Coop @piratecoop and here are our favorites so far:
We definitely put an ‘S’ at the end of store names for no reason.
Like this example with Victoria’s Secret, but we deviated from the norm with McDonald’s!
Now Krogers just will have to add an ‘s’ at this point, because let’s face it, it sounds better! Someone get us the person in charge of name changes at Kroger, STAT!
Food Lion is a whole other story!
Costco or Costcos? Looks like we are pluralizing this one as well.
