Tia Owens now 31 is addressing a viral video of herself at a Drake concert where she was on stage with the rap artist (then 24).
In 2010 Tia said she attended a Drake concert with her dad in Denver Colorado.
The name of the tour was “Away From Home” and her fan video is circulating again as people continue to debate about Drake’s alleged affiliation with young girls.
On social media Tia said:
Regarding the video that is going around.
I was 17 back then and I’m 31 now. This was a concert that my dad took me to back in high-school. Drake’s entourage actually picked me out from the crowd of people. NOT DRAKE himself.
(BTW performers always bring up fans on stage… it’s part of their show)
It was nothing then and still nothing now.
Now that I have cleared up these false narratives… Im going back to study for my law school exams..wish me luck

In the comment section Tia continued to qualify her own experience with drake making it clear there was no abuse.
