Diddy was hit with his latest lawsuit this week.
A male producer, Rodney Jones, AKA Lil Rod, accused him of grabbing his genitals, forcing him to watch explicit videos and more.
The suit allegedly includes several photos of an LA party the rap mogul threw last summer, with the captions labeling some of the people as minors.
But according to TMZ, Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, isn’t having it.

Shawn Holley had a recent interview claiming that one of the women listed as a minor was really an adult.
The woman kept her identity private but shared a pic of herself donning the same bodysuit she wore in the photo.
She also revealed she’s 33 years old.
Holly insists that another woman listed as a minor is Justin Combs’ beau, 32-year-old Stephanie Rao.
Another photo supports the statement.
Law enforcement sources also revealed that the shooting that Lil Rod accused Diddy of being part of was the result of a robbery.
