Jonathan Majors is offering up more proof of his innocence.
According to TMZ, Majors’ defense, the man who drove him and his now ex-girlfriend will testify that he did not strike his ex – and claims there is even video proof that she was not injured when she went clubbing after the incident.
Majors attorney Priya Chaudhry filed documents Wednesday in Manhattan, informing the court the driver witnessed what went down between the actor and the female back in March. According to the documents, at around 1. a.m, the driver observed the female assault Majors “while she was attempting to steal his phone.”
In addition, the driver will testify Majors did not strike the alleged victim “in any way at any time, or even raised his voice.” The Devotion star and his attorney also claim the driver saw the female “hitting, scratching, and attacking” him and that the actor asked the driver to stop the car, so he could escape the attack…which he did.
The alleged victim informed the police that she had suffered a broken finger and a laceration behind her ear during the altercation. However, in the filed docs, Chaudhry says they have proof that it was a “complete lie.”
Chaudhry claims they have hours of video evidence showing the lady went clubbing and got liquored up after Majors left her in the vehicle. She also texted him, accusing him of cheating and threatening suicide.
As for when she went out clubbing, Majors’ court documents include screenshots of video evidence showing the female freely using her right hand, which she alleged Majors injured.
In the security videos, Majors’ and his attorney claim the woman casually pushes her hair behind her right ear, reaches into her bag severally, sorts through credit cards, handles her phones, holds a menu, and easily holds a glass of champagne.
They also claim she was seen clubbing pretty hard, throwing back shots and champagne with friends without any visible sign of injuries.
When the night out was over, Majors and Chaudhry claim the female showed up at the Creed III star’s home at 3.23 a.m., entered his apartment, phoned him 32 times, and sent multiple angry, jealous text messages. The Lovecroft Country star was not home when she arrived.
The attorney also claims that none of the sent messages accuse Majors of causing bodily harm, nor does she mention any discomfort from alleged injuries.
The court filing says Majors got home at 11.13 a.m. and found her passed out and half naked on the floor of his walk-in closet. The actor also supposedly discovered that she had thrown up on his bed and told him she’s taken “a few sleeping tablets.”
The Marvel star then called 911 and claimed when paramedics arrived, the female allegedly repeatedly told them, “I don’t know,” when asked what happened to her.
In the court filing, Chaudhry alleges body cam footage shows authorities interviewing the female and “clearly coaching her to say that Mar. Majors grabbed her by the throat.” She also claims the alleged victim did not make that claim to anyone before the officer’s direction.
Chaundry and Majors are hopeful that the District Attorney’s Office will review their evidence promptly and dismiss these false charges against him.

Alot can happen between the time they left the cab and when he called for paramedics after she passed out
