One thing about the internet, ya’ll finicky af! The Hot new TV show “Swarm” made its debut on Thursday night and stars Chloe Bailey and Damson Idris have the internet hot and highly bothered within the first hour of the show.
The two are currently trending because of that steamy little sex scene Chloe said she was nervous about during her press tour.
After her remarks about how she felt aired, her critics called her out for acting provocatively online and on stage but then saying that she is actually not very experienced sexually.
People said the math ain’t mathing!
During her interview she said:
“I was very scared because I haven’t had that many partners,” the “Treat Me” songstress told Deadline. “I’m not like that, that sexual and open. Damson made it very comfortable, you know, there were limited people on set,” she added. According to Bailey, she and Idris even shared a few laughs between takes. They also kept a bouncy ball between their bodies. “We were making a joke out of it,” she said, noting that her co-stars’ good vibes wiped away her nervousness.
According to Atlanta Blackstar “Swarm” is set in Houston, Texas, and follows a girl named Dre, portrayed by Dominique Fishback, whose love for a pop star turns into a dangerous obsession.
Bailey plays Dre’s sister, Marissa, who she described as “a big ball of sunshine, so you think.”
When the trailer dropped a few weeks ago, fans speculated that the story was modeled on Beyoncé Knowles’ fanbase, who consider themselves her “BeyHive.”
According to the showrunner, Janine Nabers, “Swarm” is a series that dramatizes actual events, although the main character is a fictional figure, and the making of the story involved two years of research between 2016-2018.
