Porsha Williams’ ex-husband, Simon Guobadia, is dragging Williams’ former boss into their heated divorce war.
According to RadarOnline.com, Simon subpoenaed the production company behind Bank of America, City National Bank, and Dish Nation to give a videotaped deposition on Williams’ finances.
Simon Guobadia Wants Money From Porsha Williams
Williams filed for divorce in February after a 15-month marriage.
They are locked in a brutal war over their prenup.
Porsha wants the court to uphold their contract, which they signed before their marriage in 2022.
However, Simon insists that the situation changed when she signed a lucrative deal with NBCUniversal Entertainment.
Porsha’s contract dates to before she filed for divorce.
Simon now wants a Dino Bones Production, Inc. representative to reveal how much Williams has in the bank.
The documents revealed that Simon demands “all contracts, amendments, memos of understanding, and agreements regarding and involving Porsha Dyanne Williams’ work on the show Dish Nation, from 2021 to the present.”
In addition, Siimon wants:
“Copies of all paystubs, statement of earnings, W-2 statements, 1099 forms.”
Williams‘ ex also wants documents “relating to taxable income, tax free income, and other compensation of any kind paid to or earned” by Porsha and her agent regarding the work she’s done with Dish Nation from 2021 until now.
Simon also wants City National Bank and Bank of America to reveal her monthly account transactions and records, and safe deposit boxes between January 2022 and now.
Porsha Williams wants to quash the subpoena, and she’s already filed a motion.
