Strippers At The Jiggly Joint Say Ja Morant Has Not Apologized To Them After Flashing Gun In Club With Them

Strippers at the Denver-area jiggle joint where Grizzlies star Ja Morant infamously flashed a gun in March want an apology from Ja Morant according to The NY Post.

“I don’t foresee an apology [anytime] soon,” one of the dancers told the Post, adding that she didn’t think he would learn from his latest public firestorm. “He’s a boy.”

Morant, 23, was seen yet again waving a handgun on an Instagram Live video posted last Saturday — a move that led to an indefinite suspension from all team activities while the Grizzlies investigate.

Several dancers at Shotgun Willie’s in Glendale, CO.—where Morant went on a two-night binge in March, shelling out at least $50,000 in cash tips before flashing a gun on a live stream video—ripped into the Memphis point guard for his repeatedly brazen behavior.

“He’s clearly begging for attention and trying to be a baller,” the dancer said. “He should be banned from all clubs and get his NBA career taken away given our country’s current circumstances on gun violence.”

Another dancer said, “I just wonder about how he’s still on the team.”

Morant, who briefly attended a counseling program in Florida and was suspended for eight games following his previous gun show, apologized yet again on Tuesday for the latest blow-up.

“I know I’ve disappointed a lot of people who have supported me,” Morant said. “This is a journey and I recognize there is more work to do. My words may not mean much right now, but I take full accountability for my actions. I’m committed to continuing to work on myself.”
