We shared in a recent post that there seems to be a trend of clients, paying stylists for services then reversing the payment at their credit card companies.
The trend continues to happen, this time it was CashApp.
A stylist recently put one of her clients on blast, for a $545 refund the client requested from Cash APP after she received a wig service.

So Kim Janae Smith I tried to go to you first and resolve the issue. Clearly that was a no go…I’m just wondering what tf do I owe you???
You still wearing the wig, I provided you a service, I was nice enough to squeeze you in, and you wanted a shampoo I even did that, and you definitely was satisfied when you left… so fb what y’all think ?

Since the refund was requested via cash app one commentor shared that CashApp doesn’t tend to dispute anything.
