We shared in a recent post that there seems to be a trend of clients, paying stylists for services then reversing the payment at their credit card companies.
The trend continues to happen, this time it was CashApp.
A stylist recently put one of her clients on blast, for a $545 refund the client requested from Cash APP after she received a wig service.

So Kim Janae Smith I tried to go to you first and resolve the issue. Clearly that was a no go…I’m just wondering what tf do I owe you???
You still wearing the wig, I provided you a service, I was nice enough to squeeze you in, and you wanted a shampoo I even did that, and you definitely was satisfied when you left… so fb what y’all think 🤔

Since the refund was requested via cash app one commentor shared that CashApp doesn’t tend to dispute anything.
We hope this stylist is vindicated for her hard work.
Sad! We have to do better
