Tristan Thompson is caught up once again.
It is being reported via an EXCLUSIVE with Page Six, that a fitness trainer is allegedly pregnant with Tristan Thompson’s third child and she suing him for child support before the baby is even born.
Tristan does admit to sleeping with Maralee Nichols who said the two hooked up around the time of his 30th birthday celebrations.
According to text messages obtained by Page Six
Tristan threatened his new baby mama, offering her $75k to drop the case.
Maralee Nichols has an open child support case open against Thompson for paternity of her unborn child.
In the text messages filed by the court,
Triston tells her he won’t be involved in the child’s life at all.
He also let her know that he will be retiring from the NBA soon and will be considered “unemployed”.

“You know how I feel. My feelings haven’t changed at all. Wont be involved at all.
Btw if you think having this baby is gonna make you some money.
It’s completely wrong, You are aware that I’m retiring after this season, So in terms of support it will be whatever is required monthly for someone who’s unemployed.
It’s texas so it will be only a couple hundred dollars.
So you better off taking this 75k I’m offering cause you won’t get nothing near that with having a kid with a father who’s unemployed.
All you will have is a baby with a father who has zero involvement with the child and a few hundred dollars of child support a month.”
Additionally in the request, obtained by Page Six, she claims he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.
“It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties’ relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas,” the documents read.
The document notes that Thompson denied sending any of the messages but also claims “his contact information is present in the messages.”
Tristan was dating Khloe Kardashian at the time.
