Vontelle Eyewear is partnering with National Vision, Inc., the country’s second-largest optical retailer.
In 2022 we knew Vontelle Eyewear was the brand to keep an eye on, and the brand is proving us right.
Vontelle is launching an exclusive frame collection to celebrate Black History Month.
The limited-edition Official by Vontelle will be available in over 900 America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses retail locations.
This will be the first time Vontelle products will appear on the shelves of a national retailer.
With the release, supporting a Black women-owned business this Black History Month is easier than ever.
But it also makes the brand’s better-fitting frames more accessible.
The Official by Vontelle collection has 15 frames with bold, colorful designs for men and women, crafted to complement the diverse faces of people who wear them.
This Is A Huge Step For Vontelle Eyewear
National Vision’s senior VP, Megan Molony, was proud of the deal.
“Glasses are not a one-size-fits-all product. The fit and style of glasses are just as important as the lenses within them. Glasses are not meant to hide who you are and should instead be a reflection and celebration of everything that makes you unique. We chose Vontélle for this collaboration because they share our passion for empowering eyeglass wearers to showcase their culture and personality through their eyewear.”
The names of each frame were inspired by Black figures who have made considerable contributions to fields like literature, public service, civil rights, and more.
“We are passionate about making eyewear that’s both comfortable and stylish, while also bringing in colors and patterns that reflect our African, Caribbean, and Latin heritage.” Nancey Harris, Vontelle Eyewear co-founder.
“Our products are designed to celebrate our cultural history, and we are so excited to make our frames available to even more customers through this Official collection with America’s Best,” Tracy Green, Vontelle co-founder
