Kenneth Petty has gotten permission to travel internationally to help Nicki Minaj.
According to People, US Distruct Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald gave the 46-year-old a permit allowing him to travel abroad from April 17 to July 14.
“[Petty] shall keep his probation officer updated with the details of his travel itinerary as needed. At the conclusion of the travel, [Petty] must return to Los Angeles and must check in with his probation officer upon returning. Mr. Petty must also provide an itinerary to his probation officer prior to travel and follow all directives of the probation officer.”

“[Petty] and [Minaj] believe [Petty] is necessary to accompany the family on the tour for various purposes, including childcare.”
Minaj set off on March 1 on the Pink Friday World Tour to support her latest album, Pink Friday 2.
Kenneth Petty’s request comes after several years of trouble with the law.
In 1995, Petty was convicted of attempted rape for assaulting a 16-year-old girl.
He spent four years in prison and was forced to register as a level two sex offender in New York.
In 2020, Petty was arrested for not registering as a sex offender after moving to California.
In 2021, he pled guilty and faced up to 10 years in jail.
In 2022, Kenneth Petty was sentenced to one year’s house arrest and three years of probation, plus a $55,000 fine.
In January this year, Megan Thee Stallion mentioned Petty’s record as a sex offender on her diss track “Hiss.”
