Kenya Moore, the star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, is in a whirlwind of legal battles with her soon-to-be ex-husband, Marc Daly.
Marc is demanding that the courts order Kenya Moore to execute a partial settlement agreement they supposedly reached amidst their bitter divorce.
According to Radar Online, Marc and Kenya are gearing up for a trial this month where they’ll duke it out over child support and property.
The Bravo starlet filed for divorce back in 2021, and since then, it’s been one legal showdown after another.
The former couple shares a precious daughter named Brooklyn, who seems to be caught in the crossfire of their contentious split.
Things Are Getting Messy Between Kenya Moore And Marc Daly
Marc apparently claims that on May 11, 2023, he and Kenya Moore reached a “partial settlement agreement and permanent parenting plan” after a grueling 7.5-hour mediation session.
Marc further revealed that the mediator sent the tantalizing Partial Settlement Agreement and Permanent Parenting Plan to both parties and Kenya’s lawyer.
He even boasts that he promptly signed the documents on May 17, with the mediator following suit on May 19.
However, Kenya has not signed the settlement papers.
Marc accuses her of trying to prolong the divorce proceedings, adding another layer to their already complex divorce.
To add fuel to the fire, Marc wants Kenya Moore to pay his attorney fees for forcing him to bring this motion to the court’s attention.
In a prior revelation, the estranged lovebirds agreed on one thing: Kenya will have primary custody of Brooklyn while Marc will have visitation rights.
However, Marc’s audacious request for a piece of Kenya’s Georgia home, has been met with fierce opposition from his ex.
Furthermore, before Kenya filed for divorce, Marc tried to block their daughter from making appearances on Real Housewives of Atlanta without his approval.
Kenya argued that her contract mandates her to share every aspect of her life, including her precious child.
She scoffed at the idea that little Brooklyn would ever be involved in anything inappropriate.
In a ruling that surely left Marc reeling, the judge sided with Kenya and allowed Brooklyn to continue gracing the reality show’s cameras.
So, buckle up for more legal twists and turns as Kenya Moore and Marc Daly battle it out in court.
