Earlier tonight it was reported that Killer Mike was escorted out of the Grammys in handcuffs.
Now there is a little more information about his detention.
According to Page Six Killer Mike was detained at the 2024 Grammys after allegedly getting into an altercation with a security guard.
The rapper, whose real name is Michael Santiago Render, was seen being escorted out of the pre-show ceremony at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on Sunday after winning three awards.

He appeared to be cooperating with police officers while casually chatting with someone walking beside him in a video posted to X by journalist Chris Gardner.
Mike, 48, was led into a security room, with a source telling the Hollywood Reporter his detainment was a “big nothing” and he would likely be released within a few hours.
While the “Run” performer was handcuffed, he was not arrested, according to TMZ.
He won best rap album for his sixth studio album, “Michael,” as well as best rap performance and best rap song for his hit “Scientists & Engineers.”
CeeLo Green, 2 Chainz and Ty Dolla $ign are featured on the award-winning track.
While accepting one of the trophies, the “Down by Law” rapper reminisced on making it big in the music industry since releasing his first album, “Monster,” in 2003.
“As a kid, I had a dream to become a part of music, and that 9-year-old is excitedly dancing and frightened inside of me right now,” he said.
The last time Mike received a Grammy was in 2003 when his collaboration with OutKast, “The Whole World,” won best rap performance by a duo or group.
