Angela White, formerly Blac Chyna, had filed a child custody suit for King Cairo asking for full custody, but Tyga isn’t taking this lying down.
According to ET, the rapper has responded with a countersuit.
Earlier this month, White asked for increased transparency and visitation surrounding their 10-year-old son.
White also asked the court to make her ex cover her legal bills.
The model claims she only spends 24 hours a week with their son and that Tyga “refuses to directly communicate with her, share his contact information, or give her an address for where King lives.”
And that’s not all.
White also claims that the rapper hid vital information on King’s welfare, health, and safety–like his prescriptions and where his school is.
Things Are Getting Messy Between Angela White And Tyga
In response, the 33-year-old rapper asked for complete legal and physical custody of King.
According to Tyga, White should only have ‘reasonable visitation’ on weekends.
It gets worse.
The rapper wants White to give written permission to take King outside the state.
Naturally, White is distraught by the whole situation.
“The most important thing for me right now is battling my custody case to get my son. Once that’s out the way, I feel like I can go onto the next thing, but that right now is my main priority. My kids are my main priority… [and] I’m not gonna give up, at all. Moms don’t give up on their kids.”
Other than King, White is also mom to 6-year-old Dream with ex Rob Kardashian.
She revealed that she left OnlyFans because of her kids.
“I will never go back on OnlyFans. As fast as [the money] comes, as fast it goes. And also, too, it comes with a lot of negativity, you know? My kids are getting older, they see all these things, and I’m just not going out like that.”
