Kevin Hunter Sr., Wendy Williams‘ former husband, is furious and disappointed over the new Lifetime documentary focusing on the troubled talk show host.
According to RadarOnline.com, it is a documentary that has caused plenty of shock in Wendy’s inner circle.
51-year-old Kevin is worried about the documentary’s impact on his ex-wife’s legacy.
Watching the trailer caught him off-guard and infuriated Kevin when he saw how Wendy was portrayed.
Kevin Detests “Where is Wendy Williams?”
An insider revealed that Kevin was extremely troubled by the documentary trailer.
“He found the scene in the trailer showing Wendy yelling over a bottle of vodka and appearing disoriented in the middle of New York City were ‘very sad’ to see.”
From the start, Kevin was against the documentary being made–he was convinced it would damage Wendy Williams’ reputation.
Wendy quit her successful show in July 2021 during its 12th season amid health and legal battles.
Kevin, formerly called Big Kev, was concerned about the impact the controversial documentary would have on Wendy and son, Kevin Jr.
The documentary explicitly shows Wendy Williams’ health decline over the years.
One uncomfortable clip shows a gaunt-looking Wendy in the back of a vehicle, while others show her struggling to stay upright and stumbling over her words.
Do you agree with Kevin and think the documentary is taking unfair advantage of a troubled woman?
